The Automotive Industry Institute PIMOT® was found by Polish Council of Ministers in 1972, as the automotive industry Research and Development unit.
PIMOT`s lines of activity cover scientific, R&D works and automotive products testing services. Institute is a separate and independent unit. It makes an unquestionable basic for impartiality of its opinion and test result obtained.

21 december 2008 in Warsaw, in TDT headquaters, PIMOT represented by Director Andrzej Muszyński and TDT represented by Director Jan Urbanowicz signed a Cooperation agreement.
